Logging In

• The Log In icon is now in the top right corner of the screen. On Desktop you'll see the text "Log In"; On Mobile you'll see a small icon.
  
• Click the Log In and enter your email and password to log in.
• If this is your first time logging in, or you have forgotten your password, continue to the next section for instructions on resetting your password.
  

Resetting Your Password

To reset your password:

1. Click the login icon in the top right corner of the page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Once you have followed the link and entered a new password, click the login icon again and enter your email address and new password to log in.
   

Viewing Your Account

Your account can now be accessed by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the screen on desktop, or by clicking the person icon in the top right, and then clicking View Profile on mobile.

This is also where you'll find the options to change your password and log out.

Changing Your Membership Type

All member accounts were imported as and Inactive (free) type. In order to pay your dues, you'll need to transition your account to a regular paid type.

• Next to Membership Level click Change
• Select the new membership type (you will only be given one option to choose from).
• Click Next
• Please take a moment and scroll through all your information and update anything that is not correct.
• Click Update and Next
• Select Pay Online to pay with a credit card.
• If you select Invoice Me, an invoice will be created for your account and your dues will not be recorded as paid until a payment is received. This is a great option if you'd like to pay using cash or check. If you select this option by mistake please contact us at admin@spanishtrailalumni.org
  
  ** Please note that our payment processor for online transactions is now Wild Apricot and transactions from us will show up as STSRAAI on your bank statement. **
  

Future Dues Payment

One of the new options provided by our website change is the ability to prepay for upcoming years. To renew your dues for an additional 12 months, open your account and click the renew button.
